SCAM TO AVOID! I waited 5 months for answer for my reimbursements to simply read they refused the reimbursements because the symptoms ACCORDING TO THEIR IMAGINATION happened before 11/2024 even though there is the vivid date IN INVOICES for 05/2025. This is beyond surrealism and stupidity, and lack of basic knowledge. It’s a PROVED SCAM! If you want to have money for your beloved pet, simply put aside monthly some amount for savings.

They charged me more than in contract & I cannot even register in their system (why is this even needed..you should generate our accounts , come on you make enough revenue to build a proper user on-boarding). Forget about trying to speak to someone...you will be on hold forever!

If I could put a 0/5, I would. I've been contacted by SantéVet to get insurance for my cat. If your cat has a pathological condition, nothing will be covered by the insurance, and they "precognized" to get insurance for "young and healthy" cat. You mean you want people to get insurance for young and healthy cat to collect money from the insured without paying anything as the cats are healthy? I took a look at their terms and conditions: this is the first time that I see a full page of exclusion (even for the most basic one such as sterilization before 4 years or the costs incurred by gestation). the lady even told me that I couldn't understand, yet it seems clear. This is a big no for me and I won't recommend it to anyone.

48 euro " annual" franchise deducted on EVERY bill submitted for reimbursement in 2022 and 2023 ! 3 notifications . No answer ! I am becoming very annoyed and considering going to court..... I want my money back !
