Centre Commercial Les 3 Fontaines

Can find mostly anything from this grand commercial centre , food wise there is ample choice from Italian sandwiches to Asian cuisine , Gelato and Smoothie and Crépe . Brands like stradivarius , morgan , don’t call me jennyfer will appeal to younger crowd . Overall it is a great place to hangout with family especially on weekends.

Great big shopping mall in Cergy. This is only big mall in the vicinity and has many clothing stores and a huge Au Chan hypermarket. Few restaurants here. Most are just selling snacks or ice cream. The Au Chan has very good prices but be prepared to queue for a long time at the cashier. There are some fast food and pastry shops outside the mall.

There are only 2 toilets areas as far as i can see and one was locked at 10h00 am and the other one was open on the other side of the mall. This mens toilet had 3 toilet cubicals and 2 was under maintenance and one cubicle had no toilet seat and was dirty! ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT!

Absolute disaster the people are rude, not client friendly. "Zara" a woman told us to stay away from the man's fitting rooms, although I was waiting for my husband with my child OUTSIDE the fitting rooms. There was no notification or signs that prohibits you from staying OUTSIDE of the fitting rooms, when my husband is waiting for an opinion. In my country this is not a problem I am very very disappointed. I could have spent my money in my country as Zara is also available there!! "New Yorker" again a woman said that certain fitting rooms are only for man and others are for women. We went to wait for the man's fitting rooms which she showed us, and there were women inside the fitting rooms which was frustrating. We called the lady to come and see for herself that in the man's fitting rooms are women and what is her problem. Again no signs to notify or forbid the entrance to those fittings rooms or specify that they are explicitly for men and the others are only for women, when she saw for herself that there were women too she got embarrassed BUT DID NOT GIVE APOLOGIES and said oh, come on in. If there are some rules these rules should be visible for everyone at the respective place, in order to be followed, otherwise I find these rules as non-compliant and NOT VALID, someone just made it up with no grounds. I will never ever go back to FRANCE you do not know how to do business or behave in a nice and friendly way with your guests and foreign people. And an advise from me in my country we learn at least two foreign languages, start learning English at least, as it is essential for your rubbish tourism!!!!
